The Treatment Process

  • Before Treatment:
  • A topical numbing cream is applied about 15–20 minutes before to minimize discomfort.
  • The skin is cleansed and disinfected before injections.
  • Injection:
  • The practitioner injects many microdroplets across the target zone using a fine needle or mesogun.
  • The injection is intradermal, not deep each spot is very shallow.
  • Tiny bumps (“blebs”) often appear immediately but soften as the HA integrates (usually within 24–48 hours).
  • Aftercare:
  • Avoid touching, rubbing, or pressing the area for ~4 hours.
  • Skip makeup, strenuous exercise, heat, saunas, or strong sun exposure on the treatment day.
  • Mild swelling, redness, or tiny bruises are common and generally resolve within 24–48 hours.
  • Use gentle skincare, keep skin moisturised, and always apply SPF daily.
